Returns and exchange policy
Once you have received your item, you may request to return it within 7 (seven) days, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return and for Hygiene reasons, return item (s) must be unopened and unused.
Please submit a request for return to info@byoubestbuys.co.za. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted. You will bear the shipping costs of any returns.
Damages and incorrect orders
All goods are inspected before its dispatched but unfortunately, they can become damaged during shipping.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email info@byoubestbuys.co.za
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reiterate that any opened and/or used items are not eligible for returns.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to return or be refunded for any products on sale.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item.
A processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund.
A shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
